Introduction

Scope of the Thematic Issue: Correlation between structure and function is one of the important aspects of the success of anti-cancer compounds associated with their structure-activity interactions, physiology, biochemical, molecular, and genetic processes. Overcoming these obstacles is key to obtaining further insights into developments in rational drug design, bioorganic chemistry, high-throughput screening, combinatorial chemistry for new drug targets with molecular docking or computational-aimed drug design, drug absorption, drug distribution, metabolism, bioinformatics, pharmacogenomics, chemoinformatic, natural products with high-quality compound diversity measurements, and building structure/function-activity relationships or all these areas of medicinal chemistry, and hence anticancer-drug/agents will be contributed to the development of the therapeutic potential of cancer treatment, the growth of scientific knowledge, and insight, will be facilitated the discovery and development of new therapeutic agents to treat debilitating human disorders including cancer. It is committed to the rapid publication of high-quality original research papers relating to these subjects, reviews/systematic reviews, cases, and editorial letters.
