Introduction
In recent years, traditional cancer treatments, such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation treatment, etc., may damage the pathological tissue and normal cells. The ideal tumor treatment should be noninvasive, eliminating the primary tumor, making the body produce systemic tumor-specific immunity, eliminating metastases, and having less /no side effects. Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery such as Photoimmunotherapy (PIT), immunotherapy, phototherapy need declared to improve the efficient anti -cancer drug development. Photoimmunotherapy (PIT) is a therapy to treat diseases by crosslinking specific antibodies with photosensitizers to form photoimmunocon-jugate (PIC). PIT not only has the advantages of traditional phototherapy but also has the precision targeting ability of antibodies. So, we will collect the photoimmunotherapy drugs in advance to provide medicinal scientists to be kept the latest information. These thematic issues will focus on research concerning photoimmunotherapy drugs in cancer management: from phototherapy to immunotherapy.
